Buying a mattress from Mattress Company’s F.O.R. branch was like embarking on a reality TV show titled "The Quest for the Perfect Sleep." Bridget, our fearless guide, patiently answered all 2,512 of our questions as we bounced (literally) between beds, eventually crowning what we thought was “THE ONE.” Alas, three nights in, my middle-aged muscles staged a protest, and I realized that my heart had betrayed me—“THE ONE” was NOT "THE ONE”. Enter Terence, Anton, and Shawn, the dream team who swooped in with saintly patience and wisdom, helping us trade heartbreak for “THE GOLDILOCKS” —a mattress so perfectly balanced it could make even Goldilocks herself jealous. The cherry on top? Numerous follow-up calls from the owners and a smiling Weston delivering our new sleep sanctuary. If you’re hunting for a mattress and want to feel like royalty (minus the drama), this is the team you need!

zero rated, they lied to me about my two beds, hang up on me when i call, holding my money hostage. please do not use them because they lie just to get a sale and then go silent and refuse to assist. i can't even get a proper reason, i have been waiting a week and told to wait yet another week and no refund and no manager will call or even help. what a truly terrible place, i have never had this happen. you always hear stories of places like this but gosh they take the cake
