LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Mattress Outlet, we are committed to
offering our customers the best value for money. As part of this commitment, we
offer a R500 Cash Back Guarantee if you find an identical product at a lower
price from another South African retailer. To ensure fairness and transparency,
the following terms and conditions apply:

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR THE CASH BACK GUARANTEE

– The guarantee applies to identical
products (same brand, model, specifications, and warranty) available at a
competing retailer in South Africa.

– The product must be in stock and
available for immediate purchase at both Mattress Outlet and the competitor.

– The claim must be made within 14 days of
purchase from Mattress Outlet.

2. CLAIM PROCESS

– Customers must submit a valid proof of
the lower price, which may include a current advertisement, official retailer
quotation, or an online listing.

– The claim must be submitted via email or
in-store with the necessary documentation.

– Mattress Outlet will verify the
competitor’s pricing and confirm eligibility within 7 business days.

– If the claim is approved, the customer
will receive R500 cash back via electronic funds transfer or store credit
within 10 business days.

3. EXCLUSIONS

The following conditions do not qualify for
the R500 Cash Back Guarantee:

– Products listed under clearance sales,
liquidation sales, auctions, or second-hand/refurbished products.

– Prices from online-only retailers or
unauthorized resellers.

– Temporary promotions such as flash sales,
Black Friday deals, limited-time offers, or bundled discounts.

– Items with different warranty conditions
or additional services not included in the competitor’s offer.

– Competitor pricing errors, misprints, or
unauthorized special pricing arrangements.

4. GENERAL TERMS

– Mattress Outlet reserves the right to
modify or withdraw the R500 Cash Back Guarantee at any time without prior
notice.

– The decision by Mattress Outlet regarding
the claim is final and binding.

– The guarantee applies to retail customers
only and does not extend to wholesale or bulk purchases.

– Any disputes arising from the terms of
this guarantee shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
