FREE DELIVERY for purchases of R3,000 or more — within Gauteng, and within a 50km radius of any Mattress Outlet store nationwide. Your purchase may consist of multiple items, as long as the total value exceeds R3,000.
Fast Shipping
1–2 working days
Fast Shipping indicates that the product is in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Subject to stock confirmation at the time of order.
Standard Shipping
3–10 working days
Standard Shipping indicates that stock needs to be ordered first. Delivery is scheduled once your product has been sourced and is ready for dispatch.
- Goods are dispatched during normal business hours, Monday to Saturday (certain public holidays excluded).
- You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a suitable and convenient date and time.
- Depending on the origin and availability of the products you purchase, you may receive your order in more than one delivery.
- Deliveries outside the main city hubs may take longer. If you are not within a main city hub, please contact us for an expected delivery date.
Most orders fall within the timeframes above. In rare cases — supplier delays, product shortages, or peak periods — please allow up to 14 business days for us to complete delivery.
